Live Stock Future Update By CapitalHeight


Sensex slips over 100 points, Nifty below 7,750; Coal India gains over 2%, Vedanta down 4% 

The S&P BSE Sensex ended up over 100 points in morning hours trade about Monday, brought about by failures in Infosys, HDFC, ONGC, TCS, Tata Motors, and HDFC Bank.



The shares of Coal India slipped over 2 per cent after ralllying up to 2% in early trade, the company reported its Q2 earnings post market hours on Friday. Meanwhile, Vedanta, CIpla and Hindalco shares tumbled up to 4 per cent.

 The S&P BSE Midcap Index was up 0.02 per cent and BSE S&P Smallcap Index was trading 0.05 per cent lower.
