The market has opened flat on Thursday as the Sensex rose 3.89 points to 28803.58 while the Nifty fell 3.10 points to 8747.10. About of volatility was witnessed in early trade as the key benchmark indices regained positive zone soon after revering initial gains. 

The barometer index, the S&P BSE Sensex, was currently up 9.99 points or 0.03% at 28,809.68. The market breadth indicating the overall health of the market was strong.The CNX Nifty was up 1.35 points or 0.02% at 8,751.55. The index hit a high of 8,760 in intraday trade. The index hit a low of 8,733.35 in intraday trade.
